Delete your Monuments data

What is stored

Everything you create in Monuments is stored on your device. There is no account, and there is no copy on our servers unless you explicitly turned on a feature that stores it elsewhere. Nothing is collected by default.

How to delete it

1. To remove individual items, delete them inside the app.
2. To remove everything on your device, delete the app from your phone. The app's local storage is removed with it.
3. If you turned on any feature that stores data outside your device, turn it off first to withdraw that permission, then ask us to delete what was stored (below).

Backups

If your phone backs up app data to iCloud or Google, a copy may remain in that backup until the backup is replaced or deleted. This is controlled by your phone and your platform account, not by the app.

Ask us to delete

Email us from the support page with the app name and what you would like removed. We may ask you to confirm from the same address or account so nobody else can delete your data; we will never ask for your password. We confirm by email when it is done. Deleting data does not cancel an app store subscription; cancel that through the store.
