Monuments privacy policy
AvailableWhat covers this app
Monuments is published by Hedraios and is covered by the Hedraios privacy policy. That policy is the full statement of what we do and do not do with information across every Hedraios app and service. This page summarises how it applies to Monuments.
In short
- Nothing is collected by default. Monuments does not collect, store off your device, share or analyse any information about you unless you have explicitly turned on a feature that needs it.
- Every permission is opt-in. Choices start switched off. The app asks for each purpose separately, in plain language, and never buries permission in terms or a pre-ticked box.
- You can withdraw permission at any time. Turning a feature off stops the collection it needed. You can also ask us to delete anything we hold, and we will.
- No advertising, no tracking, no selling. Monuments contains no advertising or behavioural tracking SDKs and we never sell or rent information.
- Sensitive content stays yours. Anything you record about your faith, prayer or personal life is treated as sensitive and used only for the feature you chose.
What this means in the app
What you create in Monuments is stored on your device. There is no account, and no copy of your content exists on our servers unless you explicitly turn on a feature that stores it elsewhere. Device permissions such as notifications, camera or photos are requested only when you use a feature that needs them, and you can refuse without losing the rest of the app.
The store you installed the app from, and your phone's operating system, collect their own information under their own policies. We do not receive it unless you separately permit something like crash reporting.
Withdrawing permission
Turn the feature off in the app's settings. If you want anything we hold deleted as well, follow the deletion steps or email us from the support page. Questions about this policy can go to the same address.
